This is not an exercise in simply buying water services for less, but a deep dive into the structure and make-up of the costs incurred. Water companies are very reluctant to pay refunds (and the method for making a reclaim is often very difficult). Without specialist assistance from industry experts, it is unlikely that any recovery will be successful.

Part of our mission is to ensure as little client involvement as possible for us to undertake the review. The total time commitment is usually no more than an hour or so. Our team carries out all the necessary investigations, and makes the representations directly on your behalf. All we require is a copy of the latest one or two water invoices for each site included in the review; and an Authority Letter allowing us to make representations to the water companies. We will then liaise directly with the water company, keeping you fully informed, until any refund is approved, and reduction in future charges agreed upon.
